Cas was ripping the Owls' left side apart until he was carried off after 30 minutes following his collision with sub 'keeper Eric Nixon in the game last month.
Wednesday left back, Jon Beswetherwick, took such a roasting that he was subbed after just 15 minutes and released by the club four days later!
Town's influence on the play was reduced without Cas the game whimpered out into a dull 0-0 draw.
Cas has been out of action with gashed knees since but is likely to return having had his stitches removed on Friday.
"It will be strange for me. But I can go and get my revenge now," Cas told the Grimsby Telegraph.
"My goal was to get back for the Wednesday game and I've made it.
"If the manager plays me I'm certainly going to do my best - hopefully for 90 minutes instead of 30.
"I was flying in the last game there and I felt like I couldn't get tired. If the ball is on the floor and I get loads of touches then I can get going.
"My main goal is to make sure my leg is safe, because we've got a more important game on Saturday, then it's to get some goals.
"Not just for me, but for the strikers and the whole team. We need to get our confidence back and get some goals."
With Iain Anderson also back, manager Paul Groves has both his first choice wingers returning to fitness. Stuart Campbell has been one of the star performers this season but he could end up losing his place in the side tonight with Nick Daws and Des Hamilton favourites to continue in midfield.
