Town struggled from start to finish as Neale Cooper's men simply out battled The Mariners.
Law was clearly unhappy and called for his players to show their hearts.
"I've just made my feelings known to the players. We didn't have enough out there today," he told Mariners Net.
Law: Not acceptabale
"That was not acceptable. We have been beaten by a very ordinary hard working team.
"The conditions were difficult - anyone watching could see that.
"Calling the game off was a decision the referee could have made - it was horrendous. It would have suited us if it had been cancelled - I think some of the lads thought it had.
"We were second best from start to finish. Too many of our players were not up for the battle today. That's why we are where we are.
"We've got to turn it around, we are the only ones that can do it. We've got to have a completely different thought on the game. It's alright wanting to play football, but you've got to win the battle and earn the right to do that - we didn't do that."
