Livvo has found himself sent off twice since his summer move to Brunton Park, failed to score once and in recent weeks being used as an emergency centre half.
The former Town hero has failed to create a rapport with the Carlisle faithful who will shed few tears over the listing.
Former manager Roddy Collins took Livvo to Brunton Park after he wasn't given a new deal at Blundell Park. Collins described Livingstone as the type of striker he needed.
New boss Paul Simpson explained the decision to list Livingstone, along with eight other professionals.
I am currently trying to bring players in and don't envisage these nine being in the first team as I don't see them as being part of the squad in the long run," Simpson said.
"They are all available for loan or permanent transfers and the names have been circulated to Nationwide, Conference and Unibond teams. We need to clear some of the wage bill as we are close to the limit clubs can spend on wages out of their budget. That will then help me to bring players in."
