Simeon Jackson earned a point for the struggling Diamonds with a late equaliser.
But Slade was adamant that the teenager, and possibly other Rushden players, were offside when he blasted the ball past Steve Mildenhall following Wayne Hatswell's free-kick.
He raged: "I would like to see the video of the goal because my players are convinced they had one or possibly two players off-side.
"The linesman put his flag up and then down again. It's a real kick in the teeth.
"When I make a mistake I expect to be made accountable for it."
Defender Rob Jones was shown a red card after the match for arguing with the assistant referee.
Slade admitted: "He suggested the linesman didn't have a good game and he vented his frustration at him.
"It may not have been the best time to do that."
